In the event that you declare an interest in purchasing an apartment or take part in an auction, your credit rating and contact details will be forwarded to the estate agent responsible for the processing of the apartments, namely Schmid & Partner GmbH in A-6900 Bregenz (hereinafter referred to as “Estate Agent”), for the purpose of checking your credit rating. In this regard, you may be contacted by the Estate Agent and asked to provide additional or more specific information. The decision as to whether your credit rating is sufficient is not based solely on automated processing or profiling. The processing of your data by the Estate Agent is governed by its data protection policy.

If you delete your Prospective Buyer’s Account during a running auction in which you have submitted a bid, you will automatically be withdrawn as a bidder. Once your Prospective Buyer’s Account has been deleted, your data will be blocked against any further use and deleted after expiry of the applicable retention periods under tax and commercial law.
We will delete your Prospective Buyer’s Account one month after the sale or auction of the last property for which you applied on this website. As a result, your data will be blocked against further use and deleted after expiry of the applicable retention periods under tax and commercial law.
