As the project managers of THE HEIMAT at 1,495m, 2018 was an exciting year for us. Following the intensive planning and design phases, we have been able to finalise the details for all the apartments in recent months.
The operating company has already developed a consistent and detailed operating concept to ensure the highest levels of comfort for the apartment owners. And finally, the first ground was broken in good time before the start of the new season. Thanks to the highly favourable weather conditions, more than 25,000 m³ of soil has now been excavated at the breathtaking location chosen for your dream apartment. Furthermore, the transport links to the new plot are already in place thanks to the recently completed access road.
